What Do You Charge For Shipping?
Products that have a Purchase Price have Free Shipping.
Products that are “Free Just Pay Shipping” are Free and the only cost is shipping. If two or more of the same item are ordered shipping will be discounted. Shipping will be noted in the shopping cart depending on the item before you complete the transaction.
Mixing Items between Free and Free Shipping the above shipping policies apply.

Where Do You Ship From?
We currently ship from our warehouse from Asia, Canada, and Europe hence why sometimes our items take a little longer to reach you!

How Long Until My Order Is Delivered?
Orders usually are delivered within 15 Days, But for high demand products it can be 3-6 weeks.
If your order has not arrived after 90 days please contact our customer service team and we will give you a full refund. This does not apply to errors by customers putting wrong address in shipping information or customer missing a product package delivery.
Shipping during the Chinese New Year is usually delayed for an additional 2 weeks.

Does Your Company Ship Internationally?
YES! We ship worldwide. If a order is going to a country where the shipping is very high we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Can Multiple Item Orders Be Combined In One Shipment?
Because orders may ship from different warehouses depending on what a customer orders it is not possible to combine every order in one shipment.

Can I Return The Item And Change It With Something Else?
Provided that the returned item is in a perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Please drop us an email and we will sort something out for you

I Made A Mistake Ordering A Product or Put The Wrong Information For Shipping What Can I Do?
If you made a mistake in ordering please contact us IMMEDIATLY at customerservice@productstofind.com so we can fix the problem if we can. If the order is already in shipping process the shipment will not be able to stop. Contact us and will try to make it right. Please note that any order changes will need to be done within 2 Hours of the initial purchase.

Can I Still Change My Item After Receiving The Product Has Shipped Email Confirmation?
Unfortunately, no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and not changeable.
